They are a fun bunch to raid with and all, but attendance isnt that great, and we still havent downed LK 10m yet because our main group isnt always there. One week some one may have run out of time, another week some one may have to work earlier than usual. This usually results in us having to bring in people who still have to learn the mechanics of the fights. They are a 10 man guild so i haven't gotten much 25m gear/content, other than what falls through pugs. |

Well from what i see on this site, and how your players conduct themselves in game, I'd expect to be nothing less than whats it been built up to be. A good raiding guild that knows what its doing and knows how to keep going. |

DBM, Forte (addon that tracks dots and cooldowns) Bartender, and Doompulse (more graphic cool down timer) I know there are probably a lot more addons for raiding but these are the ones i find most useful to me. |

We have mandatory 2 day-per-week raids: Tues, Sund 6:45-11:30. List your entire availability so if accepted and in the future raid times change we can reference this to accommodate our raiders also if you enjoy raiding 10 man on off-nights list that as well. If you are applying for the normal run the nights are Thurs/Mond 6:45-11:30. |

Why do you spec / glyph the way you do?
(i.e. Why spec 1/2 imp judgments for prot pally tanking instead of 2/2? Where are you putting those other points?)

Currently I am specced into some talents most people wouldn't reccomend for raiding. I have the replenishment talent in my tree's for our 10m since i could spare the points for it out of the other dps. Also i have Shadow Fury to make things easier for Saurfang 10m since we have less range than is called for. If i didnt have to provide the replenishment and stun, i would move the points into 2/2 destructive Reach, 3/3 Demonic Aegis, soul link, fel domination and 1/5 Uholy power if was not expected to bring any extra talents that would support the raid. |
Different hard modes require different raid make-ups. As a result at times we will have healers or tanks playing dps roles. How is your offspec set and are you comfortable playing offspecs?

What is the most important aspect of raiding in your opinion?

Knowing how fights work and how to effectively execute the strategy to kill the boss. |

What is your dps, healing, or tanking rotation or priority schema (primary and offspec). BE ELABORATE in your response. This should include all trinkets, cooldown usage, and skills you utilized during an entire boss encounter. This is the most important box! Your level or effort in this box makes more difference to your acceptance then gear or experience. Give it the proper amount of respect.

Well to get my offspec out of the way, pvp doesnt really have a set rotation. what you do and when is all situational.
Pve normally i will start with Curse of Elements (to have that extra bit of spell damage on all other spells for me and other casters) unless there is a boomkin or unholy dk with the talent in raid. Otherwise Curse of Doom will take priority. Next will be immolate and conflagrate to hopefully get the increased 6% damage to all spells if conflag crits. Then I use the Backdraft charges (increases the next 3 destro spells haste by 30%) on Incinerate. Some people say Chaos Bolt should go next but i feel you can get more out of Incinerate with the backdraft charges since Chaos Bolt is about the same cast time as a Backdrafted Incinerate. Incinerate is filler untill Conflag and CB are up or CoD falls of. In certain fights i may have to put in a shadow ward to mitigate damage (Infest on LK 10m will be fully absorbed and fall off instantly, also useful if for some reason i missed a festergut buff or i just want to help out healers on Blood Queen). The teleporter is very usefull in most fights in ICC. Placed at the edge on marrowgar to help move out of the Bonestorm. Put in a corner on Putricide to pull away from the green slime to help get more dps on it before it crashes or to get away from the brown slime. I just found out it can be used to get back onto the lich king platform if for some reason the other dps cant kill the valkyr while im being carried away, and good for gettin out of defile quickly. |
In this day and age of many players getting hacked on a regular basis, having an authenticator is very important for raiders as it assures you will never miss a raid night due to not having your gear because you got hacked.
