Are you applying to be a raider or a social (fill out entire form even if social just for record keeping purposes):
----------------------------------
|
Raider, I am applying two toons, Xadon (rogue) and Eurytion (hunter), you can check both out, they are both in Silence of the Heart on the Kilrogg server. I have logs for xadon in silence of the heart and a couple from virulence for my hunter |
|
Are you apping for the heroic mode run or the normal mode run? (If apping for the heroic mode run you must be full BiS or near full BiS from normal mode)

Heroic Mode |
How did you hear about Plan B or who referred you to apply?

<Previous Guilds> and Servers and Mains (go into great detail):
----------------------------------
|
Virulence, 9/12 ICC 25 hardmode with hunter
The Phoenix, Naxx cleared, Uld guild busted when Uld came out with hunter, back when WoTLK first came out
Silence of the Heart, 10/12 ICC 25 with rogue
Plan B(funny thing, same guild name) 9/12 ICC 25 completed before 10% buff, with rogue |
Reason for leaving your most current guild (be honest... these things have a way of coming out.):
----------------------------------
|
I am currently still in Silence of the Heart with hunter and rogue. my hunter quit virulence because they had 38 people coming to raids and I was barely made a raider, and although my performance was better then the other hunters the other hunters had been there longer and therefore got the first dibs on getting into raids, and I am not one to sit week after week, to get in 1/8 bosses a night.
The reason I want to leave Silence of the Heart is that they raid only one night a week, and therefore the progression just isnt there. I need to find a raiding guild that does not raid on wednesdays because of my school schedule |
Previous Raiding Experience (If it was on another toon please specify the name and server of the other toon):

What do you expect from our guild:
----------------------------------
|
Number one, I would like to be in a guild that if raid time is 6:30 that the raid starts clearing trash at 6:30. Not log on, need to go get some flasks, or run a quick JC daily and then please summon me to the instance once trash is cleared. I do expect mature behavior and an understanding that when working on progression that it can at times and most of the times be frusterating, but therein lies the reward of once finally overcoming the challenges of the current encounter. |
What do you feel you can bring to our guild:
----------------------------------
|
I can bring a positive attitude and I like to lead by example by doing what is required of me on the particular encounter |
What add-on modules do you use for RAIDING? (be complete - include a link to a pic of your UI if possible):
----------------------------------
|
I have DBM, Omen, Satrina Buff Bars, Xperl unit frames, Bartender, Miks Scolling combat text,

Days and times typically available (please include time zone):
We have mandatory 2 day-per-week raids: Tues, Sund 6:45-11:30. List your entire availability so if accepted and in the future raid times change we can reference this to accommodate our raiders also if you enjoy raiding 10 man on off-nights list that as well. If you are applying for the normal run the nights are Thurs/Mond 6:45-11:30.
|
Only day I cannot raid would be wednesday because of school. |
Very Important!
Why do you spec / glyph the way you do?
(i.e. Why spec 1/2 imp judgments for prot pally tanking instead of 2/2? Where are you putting those other points?)
----------------------------------
|
I have two differnt specs for my hunter, both MM. One is for 10 mans where mana seems to be a problem at times and the other for 25 mans where i can put those talents into other things such as improved steady shot and focused aim. I had at one time a survival spec that helped out replenishment for the guild, and I am always willing to respec as needed for the betterment of the guild. |
Different hard modes require different raid make-ups. As a result at times we will have healers or tanks playing dps roles. How is your offspec set and are you comfortable playing offspecs?
----------------------------------
|
Yes, Both with my rogue and my hunter I am comfortable in survival/MM and combat/ass. |
|
What is the most important aspect of raiding in your opinion?
|
Raid awareness without a doubt, being able to adapt to changes, and being able to listen during the middle of an encounter. Say for instance whoever was on kinetic bombs on the right quadrant dies, and an adjustment is nessasary to complete the encounter, "hey eurytion, pick up "bob's bombs" and being able to do the job without any problem |
|
What is your dps, healing, or tanking rotation or priority schema (primary and offspec). BE ELABORATE in your response. This should include all trinkets, cooldown usage, and skills you utilized during an entire boss encounter. This is the most important box! Your level or effort in this box makes more difference to your acceptance then gear or experience. Give it the proper amount of respect.

Serpent sting, Chimera Shot, Aimed Shot, Rapidfire/Readiness macro, Chimera Shot, Aimed Shot, 4 steady shots rinse repeat for 15 seconds, then hit rapid fire again.
Basic start to a fight, pretty easy shot rotation. I do save Rapid fire readiness cooldowns for specific things like valkyrs/oozes/bloodbeasts etc when they are needed. Also the same goes for my main damaging shots say Chimer and aimed shot. If there is only 2 seconds till bloodbeasts spawn, i just hit steady a couple more times till they spawn, and that way i am able to maximize my damage on the particular mob that may need to die fast.
Another thing I do alot depending on the situations, is that I cast MD alot. This helps tanks get initial aggro, helps make sure fantatics face tanks instead of cleaving the wrong person, it is very important on raging spirits to get an initial aggro for the tanks and helps direct blood beasts to where i want them to go, and I can distracting shot them in another direction. Very fun to be able to manipulate creatures in this way.
All in all i feel that being a hunter in ICC is one of the more challenging classes to play. Hunters are expected to do alot of different things besides pick your nose and do your rotation. |
In this day and age of many players getting hacked on a regular basis, having an authenticator is very important for raiders as it assures you will never miss a raid night due to not having your gear because you got hacked.
Do you have an authenticator?
|
Yes, and i am still scared of being hacked, I dont do any browsing on my raiding computer, nor do i log into WOW on my second computer to enable a logger to get my information |
