Are you applying to be a raider or a social (fill out entire form even if social just for record keeping purposes):
----------------------------------

Raider
Are you apping for the heroic mode run or the normal mode run? (If apping for the heroic mode run you must be full BiS or near full BiS from normal mode) Heroic, but if for some reason or another in the event I do not make the cut, then I do not mind starting in the normal runs.

How did you hear about Plan B or who referred you to apply?
----------------------------------

Have a few in-game friends who are in Plan B and only have good things to say.

Age: (Applicants under the age of 18 and socials require a plan b member to sponsor you)

<Previous Guilds> and Servers and Mains (go into great detail):
----------------------------------

<Ominoso Latim Nome> Ghostlands-US. Jan 14ish 2010 till Mid May 2010. Was first raiding guild where I learned the ropes of raiding and my main's role in raids. Was the primary hunter in the core ICC10 runs and help tanked the ICC10 alt runs with my Blood DK. Sometime in May the guild fell to about 13 in population and was getting worse. Decided to leave and do my own thing for a bit. About 4-5 days later, I applied and joined <No Quarter> Ghostlands -US. Started there in the middle of May, quit around July 1st 2010. ( This is when Hozz and Gibbert where still on Ghostlands.) Liked them at first for their progression. Worked with them when they where just starting in on Lich King 25 attempts. After that, shit got rough with progression. After Gibb left, we did not make it to Sin some weeks or even Blood Queen. Kept loosing people and rotated healers in and out, it started to feel like a decent pug every week. Also, there was a ton of drama that was never shut down and always came up during raids.

Reason for leaving your most current guild (be honest... these things have a way of coming out.):
----------------------------------

Kept loosing people and rotated healers in and out, it started to feel like a decent pug every week. There was a ton of drama that was never shut down and always came up during raids. Also from a personnel stand point, the attitude of the raiders didnt sit well with me.

Previous Raiding Experience (If it was on another toon please specify the name and server of the other toon):

Vanilla WoW:
The Burning Crusade:
Wrath of the Lich King:
----------------------------------
----------------------------------

Vanhilla: Molten Core, Ahn' Qiraj temple and ruins, BWL, UBS.
BC: Black temple
WorLK: Naxx (up to Saph and KT), Uld( first 4, Hodir, Kologarn, Auriaya), OS, ToC 10/25, ToGC 10 (beasts only), ICC 10 10/12 ( all but Sin and LK, did mainly 10s on my alt DK tank. up to prof, princes, and dreamwalker on Zub), ICC25 11/25 (all but LK. this progression was all done while on Zub.) I have also done ICC 10/25 HM Gunship and Marrogar on 25.

What do you expect from our guild:
----------------------------------

Not much from a "I DEMAND THIS...." point of view. I look for a guild that is dedicated to raiding when they go to raid. I would expect people of that caliber/dedication to be on time, with flasks and etc., and going into a raid knowing what each boss does and their role within the fight. Other then that, not much.

What do you feel you can bring to our guild:
----------------------------------

I feel I can bring a team player, who is knowledgeable and has above average awareness while in raids. I put forth my best foot to dps my heart out and cool it when needed to in the fights. When it comes to helping out other guildies, I have no problem giving them a hand with lvling, getting gear, or doing anything else really.

What add-on modules do you use for RAIDING? (be complete - include a link to a pic of your UI if possible):
----------------------------------

X-pearl, Bartender4, Omen, Recount (set on dps on current fight), and most importantly DBM. no pics sorry :( however my screen is clear of clutter for the most part when raiding.

Net Connection Speed/Type (Also specify standard fps and latency while raiding):
----------------------------------

My comp is a beast. Not a computer guy, but it is really nice.
Latency:170s
Framerate: 30+
Net connection is great and I do not have Disconnection issues at all.

Names of current <Plan B> guild members you know, if any:
----------------------------------

Ieatpuppies and Totims. Met them from OLN days.

Summary of your RL background and interests:
----------------------------------

College student and University of Michigan- Flint. I go full time due to no job. I do however help run and maintain a barn, ride horses, and watch/study football when not on WoW. I try to keep my real life away from my WoW raiding community for I do not see the need to give away personal info unless it is really needed.

Days and times typically available (please include time zone):
We have mandatory 2 day-per-week raids: Tues, Sund 6:45-11:30. List your entire availability so if accepted and in the future raid times change we can reference this to accommodate our raiders also if you enjoy raiding 10 man on off-nights list that as well. If you are applying for the normal run the nights are Thurs/Mond 6:45-11:30.

EST zone. available all days of the week for the most part. Will say something if a irl thing comes up and i cant make raid. I tend to set my school hours during the day so that they do NOT conflict with raiding times. and yes, I like to tank 10s on my DK Lilara.

Very Important!

Why do you spec / glyph the way you do?
(i.e. Why spec 1/2 imp judgments for prot pally tanking instead of 2/2? Where are you putting those other points?)
----------------------------------

For my Marksmanship glyphing: Serpent Sting, Steady Shot, and Kill Shot. Steady shot is a must for all hunter specs, Serpent sting is always up so why not? Setpent sting is awesome due to how SS works with Chimera shot. The glyph gives hunters a 6 second increase in duration for Serpent Sting. Due to the longer time, the more damage it will do. Since Chimera Shot does 40% of the total damage of Serpent Sting when Serpent Sting is up, CS will do greater damage due to the more damage and longer duration of SS. Kill Shot is by choice, this can be changed with glyph of the hawk. I chose KS over GotH due to Bloodlust and other haste increasing raid-wide buffs; the haste cap for hunters is not too high.

For my BM glyphing I use: Bestial Wrath, Aimed and Steady Shot. The aimed shot and Bestial wrath glyphs shorten cool downs. This is good for a BM hunter due to how simplistic the rotation is. I use Steady shot for the same reason above for MM spec.

Different hard modes require different raid make-ups. As a result at times we will have healers or tanks playing dps roles. How is your offspec set and are you comfortable playing offspecs?
----------------------------------

My main is a pure DPS class. So I do not need to worry about changing to heals or tank. However, if a fight requires the replenishment from Survival hunters, or the raid wide buff of Beast Masters, I am fully capable of switching specs and doing each specs full rotation seamlessly. I currently have a off spec of BM, but I can change when needed.
What is the most important aspect of raiding in your opinion? The most important aspect of raiding to me is the team work to over come challenges as a team. I value team effort, and a good raiding guild will have this aspect about them.
What is your dps, healing, or tanking rotation or priority schema (primary and offspec). BE ELABORATE in your response. This should include all trinkets, cooldown usage, and skills you utilized during an entire boss encounter. This is the most important box! Your level or effort in this box makes more difference to your acceptance then gear or experience. Give it the proper amount of respect.

MM rotation:For boss fights/single target rotation: Rapid Fire, Kill Shot(when current target is at/or below 20%), Kill Command, Serpent Sting + Silencing Shot, Chimera Shot, Aimed Shot, Steady Shot x4. Use Steady Shot till one of the other shots is off CD. A big part of this rotation is the use of Readiness. I will use Readiness AS SOON AS my rapid fire buff goes away, then will repeat full rotation. Also, I will only really use Readiness when I can use Kill shot OR the fight is longer than 3 min and 10 sec. The reason I could use it twice in a given fight is due to the cooldown and how realistic it is I can squeeze out that last shot.
my mana regenerations rotation: wait till Serpent Sting falls off. Before it falls off, turn on aspect of the viper, then use Viper sting if i can. To save on future rotations use CS as soon as it is off cool down.

BM rotation: Rapid fire, Kill shot, Kill Command, Serpent Sting, Aimed shot, Steady shot till something comes off cool down.

In this day and age of many players getting hacked on a regular basis, having an authenticator is very important for raiders as it assures you will never miss a raid night due to not having your gear because you got hacked.

Do you have an authenticator?

Yes I do. My account has a few 80s plus a crap ton of alts with BoA gear, so I value this account's safety.
