We have mandatory 2 day-per-week raids: Tues, Sund 6:45-11:30. List your entire availability so if accepted and in the future raid times change we can reference this to accommodate our raiders also if you enjoy raiding 10 man on offnights list that as well. |
Well short of a "You're a A1C and we're pricks" I work a standard 0730 - 1530. Assuming I'm not on a ME2 binge... I'll be on ( a lot ). Granted there might be a week or something where I have to work swings / mids, but those are few and far between. |
Why do you spec / glyph the way you do?
(i.e. Why spec 1/2 imp judgments for prot pally tanking instead of 2/2? Where are you putting those other points?)
Also different hard modes require different raid make-ups. We often require healers or tanks to spec as DPS to avoid having to sit out quality players, how is your offspec set and are you comfotable playing offspecs?

Because it's the max aoe cat dps spec. The best single target dps isn't enough of an improvement to justify a 30% loss in swipe damage for like 6% more FB damage.
I'm a terrible tank, just ask anyone who did SFK with me today. |

What is the most important aspect of raiding in your opinion?

Attitude, you can always teach someone to mash buttons and stand outa fire (unless it's Offin she just homes in on that stuff ) but if they think they're already G-d's gift to the raid.... I uhh mean the most important thing to do is get Temmer killed. |

What is your dps, healing, or tanking rotation or priority schema (primary and offspec). BE ELABORATE in your response. This should include all trinkets, cooldown usage, and skills you utilized during an entire boss encounter. This is the most important box! Be elaborate!

Though seriously, that's pretty much the damn truth. I'd post the real rotation but it would make people's heads explode. TLDR version: Keep up SR, Rip, Rake, Mangle, FF. Shred for combo points / whenever you get a CC proc. No mangle cause <3 Many. |
